My goal is to support you on your journey to self-discovery and empowerment by assisting you to build a more trusting and compassionate relationship with your inner self. As an Intuitive Holistic Counsellor, I integrate alternate and holistic therapies to nurture the WHOLE person,  this includes the Mind, Body, and Spirit. To incorporate Spirit, I will intuitively channel messages from Source or your Spirit Team, to help you make the right decisions for aligning with your new path. 

My approach is a non-formal one, think of it as having a conversation with a good friend. I don't conduct my sessions with a typical, clinical, therapeutic approach. Instead, I want us to build a professional relationship where we can both learn and grow with each other! Let's chat over tea/coffee and get to the bottom of what's troubling you!
